Who Am I Listening To: Bruno Major’s New Single ‘Let A Good Thing Die’

Following a co-writing session with modern-day pop luminary FINNEAS, Bruno Major has created ‘The Most Beautiful Thing’, a tune which ruminates on the concept of kindred spirits.

The collaboration flowed after FINNEAS (Billie Eilish’s brother) reached out to Amor and the rest was history.

The tune gives us a taste of his forthcoming second album, ‘To Let A Good Thing Die’ which is a stunningly crafted tapestry of stories interwoven with timeless narratives of relationships, love and heartbreak.

‘The Most Beautiful Thing’ actually emerged out of his living room in LA.

“We sat and talked for a few hours about everything and nothing – writing the song took considerably less time than our conversation.

“The song’s big idea is one the has always fascinated me,” Major said.

In fact, Major described the tune as really a love letter to the soul mate he’d never really met.

“The concept of a ‘soul mate’ has always seemed far-fetched, when that person could easily be born on the other side of the world or in a different time, and the chances of meeting them so slim,” he said.

This sing is just one of Major’s many initiatives he has engaged with to connect with fans to spread positivity and solidarity in these challenging times.

He even scheduled a series of YouTube live sessions streaming to replace his postponed global touring plans to raise direct funds for WHO’s COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund. Get this, it’s already been streamed by a total of 70,000 fans globally.
